Hello there, reader, and thanks for stopping by! My name is Murad Musakaev. I'm a producer/project manager (MM who is PM, as the title states) in a game development studio, and this is the place where I'm unleashing Pandora's box of thoughts, findings, and the quirky ways I tackle (or dream of tackling) the challenges of being a producer. Contrary to popular belief, management isn't all dull and dreary – it's a wild ride, and I'm here to spill the secrets. I'm also a HUGE dog lover, so expect a lot of dogs and memes. My buddy Luther will help me with that; he is technically a co-author of this blog (can you guess his #1 fav game?)
Quick disclaimer: I'm talking here about my ways of doing things, which might not be the right or the best way. It worked for me, but I'm all ears for a good old discussion, so let's keep the conversation flowing.
I started my career as a producer in games in 2018 with a sprinkle of management magic even before that.
